On Ramp


All new CrossFitters are required to complete three half-hour instructional sessions prior to participating in class. These On-Ramp sessions educate you on the Olympic Lifts and Secondary Movements, as well as offer insight to what your first WOD will be like. Once you complete these three sessions, you will be all set to begin. To schedule your first On-Ramp, simply call the Front Desk at 215-598-7800.
