CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.

On Ramp
All new CrossFitters are required to complete three half-hour instructional sessions prior to participating in class. These On-Ramp sessions educate you on the Olympic Lifts and Secondary Movements, as well as offer insight to what your first WOD will be like.

Need extra help with some of your Olympic lifts or just want a little extra push to get your body where you want to be? We have you covered. The Transcend Fitness Club trainers will consult and construct the perfect program for you to accomplish your goals.

Community Class
Carousel CrossFit holds a FREE class for anyone to participate in. The Community Class will run the FIRST Saturday of every month at 9 AM. This class will be focused on the fundamentals of CrossFit to introduce the movements and workout style to those unfamiliar with our sport.
