All new CrossFitters are required to complete two half-hour instructional sessions prior to participating in class. These On-Ramp sessions educate you on the Olympic Lifts and Secondary Movements, as well as offer insight to what your first WOD will be like. Once you complete these two sessions, you will be all set to begin.
