Need extra help with some of your Olympic lifts or just want a little extra push to get your body where you want to be? Maybe you feel self-conscious about your ability and want some help getting up to speed before you join a class? Or perhaps you have targets in mind and would like a programme made specifically to you. Or perhaps your schedule prevents you from making our normal classes?
We have you covered. The Transcend Fitness Club trainers will consult and construct the perfect program for you to accomplish your goals. Each trainer holds at least one nationally accredited certification and is ready to work with you.
